Our bases are all handmade according to the tradition of the real italian pizza.
We are very proud of our recipe that allows us to obtain a base which is crispy,
light, very digestible, without animal fat and that remains fresh for 60 days.
Only the quality of the raw materials and the right dough enable us to reach these peculiarities.
We are artisans of taste and we “dirty our hands” to let you have a high quality and ready for use base.

    Kneaders, leavening cells and dough presses are not necessary.

    No need to make, roll out or defrost the pizza dough.

    You take only the bases you need from the fridge. There are no cuttings or left-overs

    No need to employ skilled stuff to handle pizza dough and oven: anyone can be quickly trained to operate with this method.

    In order to start using our products you only need a proper electric or gas-oven reaching the temperature of 280° C.

perfect pizza has

COOKED
IN 2 MINUTES

With a common electric
or gas-oven set to 280° C,
the flattened base
is cooked in 2 minutes,
the classic one in 3 minutes.
